How do I find my size?
Our sizes cover 60 to 150 kg, from S to XXL. Use the size finder on the homepage: enter your weight and height and we suggest a size. Every product page also has a size chart with measurements. Our fit is oversized by design, so go one size down if you want a closer fit.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, InstaPay, and e-wallet transfer (such as Vodafone Cash). We do not take card payments online yet.
How does InstaPay or wallet payment work?
Choose it at checkout, send the exact total, then enter the transfer reference and upload a screenshot. We check that the money arrived, then confirm your order and ship it.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1 to 7 working days depending on your governorate. See the Shipping and returns page for details.
How much is shipping?
Between 60 and 110 EGP depending on your area. The exact fee shows in your cart before you order.
Do you ship outside Egypt?
Not yet. We currently deliver within Egypt only.
How do I know my order was received?
After you place your order, we open WhatsApp with a ready message. Send it, and we will confirm your order there.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it ships. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number as soon as possible.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You can exchange within 14 days if the item is unworn and has its tags. See the Shipping and returns page.
How do I look after my pieces?
Wash cold, inside out, with similar colors. Dry flat or tumble dry low. Do not bleach. Heavy fabrics soften with wear and washing.
