• Order details: your name, email, phone number, delivery address and city, and the items you order.
• Payment proof: the transfer reference and the screenshot you upload for InstaPay or wallet payments.
• Support messages you send us.

Why we use it

• To process, confirm, deliver, and support your order.
• To verify payments and prevent fraud.
• To keep records of orders and issue receipts.

Who sees it

We do not sell your information. We use trusted services to run the site and handle orders: website hosting (Vercel), email delivery (Resend), and order records (Google Sheets). Delivery details are shared with the courier so they can deliver your order. If you send us a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp's own terms also apply.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising trackers at this time. If we add analytics or ads later, we will update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, handle returns, and meet accounting needs.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us. We will help unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
