Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Egypt. Your exact shipping fee is shown in your cart before you place the order.

Times start once your order is confirmed. They are estimates, and delays can happen during holidays or because of the courier.
How your order is confirmed
After you place an order, send us the confirmation message on WhatsApp. We then confirm your order and prepare it for shipping.
Payment methods
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when you receive your order.
- InstaPay: transfer the exact total, then enter the reference number and upload a screenshot of the transfer.
- E-wallet: send the exact total to our wallet number, then enter the reference and upload a screenshot.
Orders paid by transfer are shipped after we confirm the money has arrived.
Exchanges
Wrong size? You can exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the size you want. Exchanges depend on stock. For a size exchange, the delivery fee for the exchange is paid by the customer.
Returns and refunds
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags. After we receive and check the item, we refund the item price by InstaPay or e-wallet within 7 working days. Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the item was wrong or defective.
Wrong or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
What we can't accept back
- Items that were worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items without their original tags.
- Requests made after 14 days.
