By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders

An order is confirmed only after we confirm it to you on WhatsApp or by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or payment cannot be verified, and we will refund any money you paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and may change without notice. The price at the time you order applies. For transfer payments, send the exact total and provide a correct reference and screenshot. We ship transfer orders after the payment is verified.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. You are responsible for giving a correct address and a phone number we can reach. See the Shipping and returns page.

Sizing and products

Measurements on size charts are approximate and may vary slightly. Colors may look different on your screen. Our fit is oversized by design.

Our content

The AETHER name, logo, designs, text, and images belong to AETHER. Please do not copy or use them without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, AETHER is not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control. Our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
